为杂交鲟养殖水体镉染毒的防控提供参考,采用静水法研究了镉离子不同浓度(0 mg/L,0.1 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,1 mg/L)对杂交鲟染毒24 h、48 h和72 h后其行为、血细胞和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:随镉浓度的增大其呼吸频率和摆尾频率逐渐增大,红细胞数目逐渐增多;随染毒时间的延长,3种指标逐渐降低。镉离子对杂交鲟白细胞,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响表现出一定剂量效应关系,即这些指标随镉离子浓度增加呈先升高后降低趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量则在24 h、48 h 时随镉浓度增加而显著增加。同一浓度下,随染毒时间的延长,白细胞和CAT、SOD、SH-PX活性明显降低。说明,低浓度的镉离子对杂交鲟抗氧化酶活性和免疫功能有明显的增强作用;高浓度离子则抑制其免疫和抗氧化功能。

The behavior,blood cell and antioxidase of hybrid sturgeon cultured in water with different Cd2+ concentrations after 24 h,48 h and 72 h were studied to provide a reference for hybrid sturgeon aquaculture in water populated with Cd2+. The results showed that the respiratory frequency (RF ), fishtailing frequency and red blood cell number of hybrid sturgeon increase with increase of Cd2+concentrations but three indexes decrease with prolongation of contamination duration gradually.The activity of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX and white blood cell number of hybrid sturgeon present the first rising and then decline trend with increase of Cd2+ concentrations.The MDA content increases significantly with increase of Cd2+ concentrations after 24 h and 48 h.The activity of CAT,SOD and GSH-PX and white blood cell number decrease under the same Cd2+ concentration with prolongation of contamination duration obviously,which indicates that low Cd2+ concentration can enhance antioxidase activity and immunity of hybrid sturgeon but high Cd2+ concentration inhibits its antioxidase activity and immunity.
