为进一步了解细胞因子诱导S H 2蛋白(CIS)基因的遗传变异情况和威宁黄牛选育改良的分子标记奠定基础,选择106头威宁黄牛作为研究对象,利用PCR-SSCP、DNA测序方法分析CIS基因外显子区多态性(SNP)与生长性状的关联性。结果表明:在威宁黄牛公、母畜CIS基因外显子区 A4560G位点表现出AA、AG和GG基因型,该位点均与胸围有显著关联;AG杂合子的基因型频率最高,公、母畜分别为0.5294和0.4362;AG基因型个体的胸围均值最高,公、母畜分别为165.69 cm和161.77 cm。A4560G突变可能是重要的功能突变位点,CIS基因可作为威宁黄牛选种选育的候选基因。

In order to study the correlation between the SNP in the exon region of CIS gene and growth traits in cattle.A total of 106 Weining cattle were used in this study,PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing methods were used to analyze the association between SNP and specific growth traits.Results:various genotypes(AA,AG,GG)existed in male and female Weining cattle for the SNP of A4560G. A4560G had significant effects on heart girth,the genotype frequency of AG heterozygote was the highest, 0.529 4 (male)and 0.4362 (female)respectively;the mean value of heart girth in individuals with heterozygote AG was the highest,165.69 cm (male)and 161.77 cm (female)respectively.A4560G mutation could be an important functional mutation site,CIS gene may be the candidate gene for selection and breeding of Weining cattle.
