为了对人工饲养烟夜蛾(Helicoverpa assulta Guenee)提供参考,研究了不同饲养条件对烟夜蛾产卵量、孵化率及幼虫成活率的影响。结果表明:蜡纸、白纸和纱布3种卵布对烟夜蛾产卵量和孵化率的影响无显著性差异;在湿度为60%~80%时,烟夜蛾卵孵化率随相对湿度升高而显著提高;用十二孔板饲养的烟夜蛾幼虫各指标优于平底玻璃管(指形管)饲养的。以纱布为卵布,相对温度70%~80%,用十二孔板饲养烟夜蛾5代,各代间成虫产卵率、幼虫成活率、蛹重以及羽化率等生物学习性无显著性差异,说明,饲料营养、温湿度等环境条件相对合理,无种群退化现象。

The egg laying amount,hatching rate and larva survival rate of H.assulta under different artificial rearing conditions were studied to provide a reference for artificial rearing of H.assulta.The results showed that:There are no significant differences in egg laying amount and hatching rate of H. assulta between wax paper,white paper and gauze;The hatching rate of H.assulta increases significantly with increase of relative humidity when relative humidity is 60%~80%;Different indexes of H.assulta larva reared on the 1 2-pore plate is better than in the thimble tube;There are no significant difference in egg laying rate,larva survival rate,pupa weight and eclosion rate between five generations under the rearing condition of 12-pore plate when the relative humidity was 70%~80% on gauze.The population of H.assulta is without degeneracy phenomena in the test,which indicates that the designed feed nutrition, temperature and humidity are relative reasonable.
