为筛选适合吉林省东南部地区冬季栽培的草莓品种,以选育出的通生草莓1号、四季草莓新品种和引种材料玖玖草莓为研究对象,利用电导率法测定其抗寒性。结果显示:随着处理温度的降低,参试草莓品种的相对电导率变化呈S形,Logistic方程拟合极显著,通生草莓1号、四季草莓新品种、玖玖草莓的半致死温度分别是-25.1℃、-22.6℃、-20.4℃,抗寒性强弱依次为通生草莓1号、四季草莓新品种、玖玖草莓。通生草莓1号和四季草莓新品种在吉林省东南部地区能够安全越冬,适宜露地和温室栽培,玖玖草莓冬季会出现冻害,适宜温室栽培。

The cold resistance of three strawberry varieties (Tongsheng 1,Siji and Jiujiu)was determined by the electrical conductivity method to screen strawberry varieties for winter cultivation in southeastern area of Jilin Province.The results showed that the relative electrical conductivity of three tested strawberry varieties presents a S shape with temperature drop,which fits the Logistic equation very significantly.The semi-lethal temperature of Tongsheng 1,Siji and Jiujiu varieties is -25.1℃,-22.6℃and -20.4℃ respectively and the cold resistance of Tongsheng 1 variety is the best,followed by Siji and Jiujiu varieties.In conclusion,Tongsheng 1,and Siji varieties can be suitably cultivated in the open field and greenhouse in winter in southeastern area of Jilin Province but Jiujiu variety should be cultivated in a greenhouse.
