为了对棉花炭疽病的防治奠定病原学基础,采用单胞分离法对引起贵州、湖北、河南3省棉花炭疽病的病原菌进行了分离,并通过形态学和多基因系统学方法进行鉴定。结果表明:从具有病斑的棉花叶上分离到8株炭疽菌属菌株,分属于胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides )、核果炭疽菌(C.fructi-cola)、可可炭疽菌(C.theobromicola)和豆类炭疽菌(C.truncatum)4个种。

To lay the etiological foundation for prevention and control of cotton anthracnose, pathogenic bacteria of cotton anthracnose in Guizhou, Hubei and Henan were isolated by unit-cell separation method, which were then identified based on morphologic characteristics and multi-locus phylogeny analysis. Results:Eight strains were isolated from cotton, which were respectively Colletotrichum gloeosporioides ,C.fructicola,C.theobromicola and C.truncatum.
