目的：探究热毒宁联合凝结芽孢杆菌（ BC）治疗婴幼儿病毒性肠炎（ VE）的效果。方法从VE患儿中选131例为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组66例，对照组65例。对照组以热毒宁治疗，观察组采用热毒宁联合BC治疗。结果观察组体温恢复正常者占比80.30％，显著高于对照组的49.23％；观察组腹泻情况占比18.18％，显著低于对照组的35.38％，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组体温恢复正常时间、止泻时间、痊愈时间均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论热毒宁联合BC治疗VE患儿，止泻时间及体温恢复时间短，疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广。

목적：탐구열독저연합응결아포간균（ BC）치료영유인병독성장염（ VE）적효과。방법종VE환인중선131례위연구대상。장기수궤분위관찰조66례，대조조65례。대조조이열독저치료，관찰조채용열독저연합BC치료。결과관찰조체온회복정상자점비80.30％，현저고우대조조적49.23％；관찰조복사정황점비18.18％，현저저우대조조적35.38％，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。관찰조체온회복정상시간、지사시간、전유시간균현저저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론열독저연합BC치료VE환인，지사시간급체온회복시간단，료효현저，안전성고，치득추엄。
Objective To explore Reduning combined with Bacillas Coagulans ( BC ) in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis.Methods 131 cases with VE were randomly selected as the research object.And they were randomly divided into observation group (66 cases) and the control group (65 cases).The control group was treated with Reduning , and based on this, the control group was treated with BC.Results The rate of patients who returned to the normal temperature in the observation was 80.30%, and that was significantly higher than 49.23% in the observation group.The diarrhea rate in the observation group was 18.18%, and that was significantly lower than 35.38%in the control group.There was statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Return to the normal tempreture , the recovery of diarrhea and the recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group .There statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion In the treatment of VE infants with reduning combined with BC , antidiarrheal time and temperature recovery time is short , and the curative effect is remarkable with high safety.So it is worth promoting.
