为寻求综合性状优良的水稻有机育秧基质，采用硬盘育秧试验，比较泥炭、醋糟、酒糟及中药渣育秧基质对水稻机插秧苗综合素质的影响。结果表明：酒糟∶水稻机插育秧专用肥＝5∶1和中药渣∶水稻机插育秧专用肥＝2∶1育苗基质培育的秧苗植株高大，叶片深绿，叶绿素含量高；生根数多，根系活力强，根盘结力＞36 N，移栽后发根力强，抗损伤能力强，达到机插优质秧苗的标准；基质投入成本低，是水稻机插育秧的优质育苗基质。

Different organic media (peat, vinegar residue, distillers ’ grains and Chinese medicine residue)were used in raising machine-transplanted seedlings to study the effect on quality of machine-transplanted seedlings for seeking the optimum organic medium of raising rice seedlings. The results showed that the rice seedlings raised with distillers ’ grains + special fertilizer for raising machine-transplanted seedlings and Chinese medicine residue + special fertilizer for raising machine-transplanted seedlings have the advantages of higher height,dark green leaves,high chlorophyll content,more roots, vigor root system,>3 6 N root inter-winding ability, strong rooting ability and strong resistance to damage,which meets the standard of machine-transplanted seedlings.In conclusion,the distillers’grains and Chinese medicine residue with lower cost are good organic media for raising machine-transplanted seedlings.
