为给半夏的高产栽培措施提供理论依据,在展叶期喷施IBA、GA3、NAA、CCC和PP3335种植物生长调节物质,探讨不同生长调节物质对栽培半夏经济产量形成及相关形态、生理指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,喷施CCC可延长半夏生育期9 d,生育期内叶片总叶绿素比对照高47.8%,类胡萝卜素含量比对照高46.7%,最终单株块茎增重率为110.9%;喷施GA3可延长半夏生育期5 d,显著增加叶面积,单株块茎增重率为95.8%;喷施IBA和PP333对地下块茎的增重无显著效果;喷施 NAA可导致叶面积显著减小,且叶片中可溶性糖含量明显降低,导致地下块茎增重显著低于对照。结论:施用CCC和GA3可显著增加经济产量,成为半夏高产栽培的一种重要技术措施。

P.ternata plants at leaf expanding stage were respectively sprayed with IBA,GA3 ,NAA, CCC and PP333 to study the effects of different plant growth regulating substances on economic yield formation,related morphology and physical indexes of P.ternata and to provide the theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation of P.ternata.The results showed that:1)CCC can prolong 9d growth period and increase chlorophyll and carotenoid content by 47.8%and 46.7% respectively compared with CK,and the weight gain rate of tuber per plant is up to 110.9%;2)GA3 can prolong 5 d growth period and increase leaf area significantly,and the tuber weight gain rate is 95.8%;3 )IBA and PP333 has no effect on increment of tuber weight;4)NAA decrease leaf area and leaf soluble sugar content significantly,which results in lower tuber weight gain rate than CK.In conclusion,spraying CCC and GA3 should be an important technical measure in high-yield cultivation of P.ternata because CCC and GA3 can increase economic yield of P.ternata.
