为探讨金银花抗旱特性,为进一步研究金银花的抗旱机理及新品种培育和干旱、半干旱地区土地的利用提供理论依据,以金银花金花3号为材料,探讨金银花在自然干旱胁迫条件下丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖及过氧化物酶4个生理指标的变化。结果表明:脯氨酸及可溶性糖含量随着胁迫时间的延长呈上升趋势,丙二醛含量呈先升后降的趋势,胁迫第13~17天低于对照,过氧化物酶活性呈先升后降再升高的趋势,胁迫17 d时是对照的2.52倍。自然干旱胁迫前13 d对金银花生理指标的影响较小,13 d后4个生理指标均发生了不同程度的响应,金花3号抗旱性较好。

위탐토금은화항한특성,위진일보연구금은화적항한궤리급신품충배육화간한、반간한지구토지적이용제공이론의거,이금은화금화3호위재료,탐토금은화재자연간한협박조건하병이철、포안산、가용성당급과양화물매4개생리지표적변화。결과표명:포안산급가용성당함량수착협박시간적연장정상승추세,병이철함량정선승후강적추세,협박제13~17천저우대조,과양화물매활성정선승후강재승고적추세,협박17 d시시대조적2.52배。자연간한협박전13 d대금은화생리지표적영향교소,13 d후4개생리지표균발생료불동정도적향응,금화3호항한성교호。
In order to explore the drought resisting features of L.japonica,and provide theoretical references for further studying on drought-resistant mechanism,new cultivars breeding and land utilization in arid and semi-arid areas,taking Jinhua 3 as the material,the variation of four physiological indexes of L.japonica,including MDA,proline,soluble sugar and POD activity,were studied.Results:Contents of proline and soluble sugar increased and MDA content first increased and then decreased with drought stress time prolonging.MDA content was lower than the control 1 3~1 7 days after drought stress,and POD activity first increased and then decreased and again increased.POD activity was 2.52 times of the control 1 7 days after drought stress.0~1 3 days of natural drought stress had little influence on physiological indexes of L.japonica.And the four physiological indexes changed in varying degrees 13 days after drought stress,indicating that Jinhua 3 had excellent drought resistance.
