为研究膨胀素基因表达与矮化之间的关系,以膨胀素基因Cs-EXPA1和Cs-EXPA2为研究对象,通过分析2个膨胀素基因之间的联系与相互作用发现,2个基因的表达都具有组织特异性,其中Cs-EXPA1与下胚轴伸长的关系更紧密,而Cs-EXPA2的表达很像对Cs-EXPA1的补充。
為研究膨脹素基因錶達與矮化之間的關繫,以膨脹素基因Cs-EXPA1和Cs-EXPA2為研究對象,通過分析2箇膨脹素基因之間的聯繫與相互作用髮現,2箇基因的錶達都具有組織特異性,其中Cs-EXPA1與下胚軸伸長的關繫更緊密,而Cs-EXPA2的錶達很像對Cs-EXPA1的補充。

In order to explore the relationship between expansin gene expression and dwarf,taking two expansin genes Cs-EXPA1 and Cs-EXPA2 as the research objects,after analyzing the correlation and interaction of the two expansin genes,the authors found that both of the two genes had tissue specificity, of which Cs-EXPA1 was more close to hypocotyledonary axis extension,and the expression of Cs-EXPA2 was the supplement to Cs-EXPA1 .
