为优良水稻不育系的合理利用提供参考,采用田间试验观察了11个水稻不育系的柱头外露率、开花习性、田间异交结实率、柱头活力等异交特性,并对各性状的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:1)在11个水稻三系不育系中,以914A的柱头总外露率和田间自然异交结实率最高,分别达82.92%和12.23%;单花张颖时间最长,达3.62 h;且花时集中、张颖特性好。其次是911A、915A、918A和919A的田间自然异交结实率较高,分别为10.99%、11.80%、11.17%和11.64%,比对照川农4A(8.90%)分别高2.09、2.9、2.27、2.74百分点,且柱头的总外露率均达65%以上,花时均匀;909A、910A和912A的综合表现一般。2)911A、914A、915A、918A和919A的开颖时间、柱头外露率、午前花率与田间自然异交结实率呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.785**,0.979**,0.820**;张颖角度与异交结实率呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.710*;包颈粒率与异交结实率的正相关不显著,相关系数为0.235。因此,11个水稻不育系中以914A的综合表现最好,可作为配制水稻杂交种的优良不育系进行利用。

The stigma exsertion rate,flowering habit,outcrossing setting rate and stigma vigor of 1 1 rice new cytoplasm male sterile lines were observed in field and the correlations between different characters were analyzed to provide a reference for rational utilization of good sterile lines.The results showed that :1)Total stigma exsertion rate,outcrossing setting rate and floret duration of 914A were 82.92%,12.23% and 3.62h respectively and the outcrossing setting rate of 911A,915A,918A and 919A with over 65% stigma exsertion rate and uniform floret duration was 10.99%,11.80%,11.17% and 11.64%,2.09%,2.90%,2.27% and 2.74% higher than Chuannong 4A (8.90%)respectively;2)The floret time,stigma exsertion rate and forenoon flowering rate are very significantly related to natural outcrossing setting rate in 911A,914A,915A,918A and 919 A and their correlation coefficients are 0.785** ,0.979** and 0.820** separately.The floret open angle is significantly related to outcrossing setting rate and the correlation coefficient is 0.710* but there is no significant positive correlation between enveloped neck grain rate and outcrossing setting rate.In conclusion,914A with the best integrated performance can be used in rice hybrid breeding.
