设计一种基于 PLC 的定量灌装控制系统，实现定量灌装的自动化。该系统由 PLC、托利多称重仪表和灌装机组成。系统具有定量灌装和清洗两种工作模式。在定量灌装模式下，PLC 对称重仪表连续发送的数据进行采集、处理，得到当前灌装的重量数据，PLC 控制灌装机的电磁阀等动作，从而完成定量灌装。清洗模式用于对设备的清洗，保证设备干净、整洁。设计的控制系统经调试已投入实际运行。
