目的:观察玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合持续被动运动模式治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将105例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组43例,对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射膝关节腔治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合持续被动运动锻炼训练,疗程均为5周。比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节综合评分、活动度、疼痛评分等。结果:治疗后,两组膝关节综合评分、活动度及疼痛评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠注射配合持续被动运动锻炼,可提高膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。

목적:관찰파리산납관절강주사배합지속피동운동모식치료슬골관절염적림상료효。방법:장105례슬골관절염환자수궤분위치료조62례화대조조43례,대조조채용파리산납주사슬관절강치료,치료조재대조조치료기출상배합지속피동운동단련훈련,료정균위5주。비교량조환자치료전후슬관절종합평분、활동도、동통평분등。결과:치료후,량조슬관절종합평분、활동도급동통평분교치료전균유개선(P<0.05),차치료조우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:파리산납주사배합지속피동운동단련,가제고슬골관절염적치료효과。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with continuous passive motion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:105 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group (62 cases) and a control group (43 cases).The control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and the treatment group were required exercise with continuous passive motion based on the treatment of the treatment group.Both groups were treated for 5 weeks as a course.Both groups were compared before and after treatment on the aspects of the range of the knee joint comprehensive score,joint activity and the pain score.Results:After treatment,the knee comprehensive score, joint activityand pain score of the two groups were improved than those before treatment (P < 0.05),better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate injection combined with continuous passive motion could improve the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis.
