目的:研究实性乳腺肿块触诊阴性患者应用彩超及弹性成像的临床价值。方法将新乡市中心医院2012年1月至2014年1月收治的50例乳腺肿块触诊阴性的患者作为研究对象,对其分别采用两种方法进行检测,一种检测方法为彩超检测法,另一种检测方法为弹性成像检测法,并将此结果与病理结果进行对比与分析。结果弹性成像对于良性乳腺肿瘤的检测率高于彩超(P﹤0.05);对于恶性肿瘤的检测率也高于彩超,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);弹性成像对于肿块液化的检测率高于彩超(P﹤0.05),对于肿块钙化的检出率低于彩超,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论弹性成像对于乳腺肿瘤的检出率相对较高,如果将彩超及弹性成像联合使用,则能较为准确的判断患者乳腺肿块情况。

목적:연구실성유선종괴촉진음성환자응용채초급탄성성상적림상개치。방법장신향시중심의원2012년1월지2014년1월수치적50례유선종괴촉진음성적환자작위연구대상,대기분별채용량충방법진행검측,일충검측방법위채초검측법,령일충검측방법위탄성성상검측법,병장차결과여병리결과진행대비여분석。결과탄성성상대우량성유선종류적검측솔고우채초(P﹤0.05);대우악성종류적검측솔야고우채초,단차이무통계학의의(P﹥0.05);탄성성상대우종괴액화적검측솔고우채초(P﹤0.05),대우종괴개화적검출솔저우채초,단차이무통계학의의(P﹥0.05)。결론탄성성상대우유선종류적검출솔상대교고,여과장채초급탄성성상연합사용,칙능교위준학적판단환자유선종괴정황。
Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography on patients with solid breast masses with palpation results. Methods Fifty patients with solid breast masses with negtive result from January 2012 to January 2014 in Xinxiang central hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. The results were compared and analyzed with pathological findings. Results The detec-tion rate of ultrasound elastography for benign breast tumor was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound( P﹤0. 05);the de-tection rate for malignant tumors was also higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound,but the difference was not statistically sig-nificant(P﹥0. 05);The detection rate of ultrasound elastography for the detection of tumor liquefaction was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound( P﹤0. 05),the detection rate of tumor calcification was lower than that of color Doppler ultrasound,but the difference was not significant(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography has relatively high detection rate for breast cancer. If the color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were combined,it is able to more accurately determine the condition of breast tumor cases.
