目的:通过观察两种对血液处理方式的生化检验,分析肝素抗凝血浆在生化检验中是否可行,为奠定肝素抗凝血浆在检验科的地位做好准备。方法将随机并自愿受试的、生理情况正常的120例做生化检验的患者选出,所有患者均接受采血6 mL,分别注入两种颜色(标签颜色分红、蓝两组颜色,红色为真空普通试管,蓝色为真空肝素抗凝血浆试管)不同的试管,分别进行生化分析,仪器型号为西门子2400,生化分析完毕后将两组所测定值进行统计学处理。结果通过观察,两组分别得到了测定值,血清组和血浆组组间比较,存在差异的(P<0.05)指标有K+、Na+、GLU 、LDH、CO2,而相比之下所剩下的其他指标则差异不大(P>0.05),如:Cl-、CR、BUN、AST、UA、B-AMY、CK、CK-MB、LPS。结论分析结果证实了肝素抗凝血浆在生化中的可行性,为检验科今后应该继续使用该技术做了更为确定性的表达,血液凝固过程延长、标本分离时间缩短、血液互溶情况减少等都是肝素抗凝血浆在生化中应用的特异性优点,该技术推广可以更为清晰准确的测量出指标的浓度,关于钾离子测量的微小差异也能因此而得到纠正,故在临床中反应出患者最真实的病情,这一点是十分有意义的。

목적:통과관찰량충대혈액처리방식적생화검험,분석간소항응혈장재생화검험중시부가행,위전정간소항응혈장재검험과적지위주호준비。방법장수궤병자원수시적、생리정황정상적120례주생화검험적환자선출,소유환자균접수채혈6 mL,분별주입량충안색(표첨안색분홍、람량조안색,홍색위진공보통시관,람색위진공간소항응혈장시관)불동적시관,분별진행생화분석,의기형호위서문자2400,생화분석완필후장량조소측정치진행통계학처리。결과통과관찰,량조분별득도료측정치,혈청조화혈장조조간비교,존재차이적(P<0.05)지표유K+、Na+、GLU 、LDH、CO2,이상비지하소잉하적기타지표칙차이불대(P>0.05),여:Cl-、CR、BUN、AST、UA、B-AMY、CK、CK-MB、LPS。결론분석결과증실료간소항응혈장재생화중적가행성,위검험과금후응해계속사용해기술주료경위학정성적표체,혈액응고과정연장、표본분리시간축단、혈액호용정황감소등도시간소항응혈장재생화중응용적특이성우점,해기술추엄가이경위청석준학적측량출지표적농도,관우갑리자측량적미소차이야능인차이득도규정,고재림상중반응출환자최진실적병정,저일점시십분유의의적。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of using heparin anticoagulant blood plasma in biochemical clinical laboratory by ob-serving biochemical test of two kinds of blood processing. Methods We randomly picked out 120 voluntary subjects with normal con-dition from biochemical examination patients,who were drawn 6 ml of blood,which then was put into vacuum tubes with different colors ( red and blue,the red ones were vacuum test tubes,while the blue ones were vacuum heparin anticoagulant plasma tubes) ,and then bi-ochemical analyses were made respectively with the instrument Siemens 2400. Finally the data of two groups were processed by statis-tics. Results In comparison of the serum group and the plasma group,there were differences(P<0. 05) in index of K+,Na+,GLU, LDH,CO2,while there were no significant differences in the rest of other indicators (P>0. 05) including Cl-,CR,BUN,AST,UA,B-AMY,CK,CK-MB,and LPS. Conclusions The results of the analysis confirmed the feasibility of heparin anticoagulant used for plas-ma biochemical test. Extension of blood coagulation process,shortening separation time and reduction of blood miscibility are the bio-chemical specific advantages of heparin anticoagulant blood plasma in the applications. The technology can measure the index concentra-tion more clearly and accurately,and subtle difference of potassiumion measurement may be corrected. Therefore,it may reflect the real condition of patients in clinic,which is very meaningful.
