目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇和炔雌醇对去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜的作用,为绝经后妇女雌激素补充治疗提供理论依据。方法选用3月龄雌性Sprague-Dawley( SD)大鼠40只,实验分为Sham组(假手术组)、Ovx组(去卵巢组)、A组(炔雌醇组)、B组(戊酸雌二醇组)。除Sham组外,其余各组均切除双侧卵巢建立骨质疏松动物模型。去势后4周开始A组炔雌醇(0.1 mg·kg-1·d-1)、B组戊酸雌二醇(0.4 mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃。4组均在90 d对大鼠称重,取大鼠子宫进行称重,子宫内膜行病理切片检查。结果用药12周后各组间大鼠体重无统计学差异。 B 组子宫湿重及子宫指数明显低于A组(P<0.05),与Ovx组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但A组子宫湿重及子宫指数明显升高,与Ovx组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药组与Ovx组相比均显示子宫内膜增厚,上层单层柱状,肌层肌纤维排列规则一致,浆膜层光滑。 B组可见内膜增厚,但低于A组,两组均未见内膜增生过长、核异性和非典型增生样改变。结论戊酸雌二醇与炔雌醇用于绝经后雌激素补充治疗,虽对子宫内膜均有生长作用,但均未见过度生长及异型性改变。

목적:탐토무산자이순화결자순대거란소대서자궁내막적작용,위절경후부녀자격소보충치료제공이론의거。방법선용3월령자성Sprague-Dawley( SD)대서40지,실험분위Sham조(가수술조)、Ovx조(거란소조)、A조(결자순조)、B조(무산자이순조)。제Sham조외,기여각조균절제쌍측란소건립골질소송동물모형。거세후4주개시A조결자순(0.1 mg·kg-1·d-1)、B조무산자이순(0.4 mg·kg-1·d-1)관위。4조균재90 d대대서칭중,취대서자궁진행칭중,자궁내막행병리절편검사。결과용약12주후각조간대서체중무통계학차이。 B 조자궁습중급자궁지수명현저우A조(P<0.05),여Ovx조비교,무현저성차이(P>0.05)。단A조자궁습중급자궁지수명현승고,여Ovx조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조용약조여Ovx조상비균현시자궁내막증후,상층단층주상,기층기섬유배렬규칙일치,장막층광활。 B조가견내막증후,단저우A조,량조균미견내막증생과장、핵이성화비전형증생양개변。결론무산자이순여결자순용우절경후자격소보충치료,수대자궁내막균유생장작용,단균미견과도생장급이형성개변。
Objective To compare the influnces of Ethinylestradiol and Progynova on osteoporosis rats'endometria in order to provide a therapeutic regiment appropriate for postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Forty 4-month-old SD female rats were randomized into four groups:Sham,Ovx,Ethinylestradiol and Progynova. The osteoporotic model was established by ovariectomy except for Sham group. Ethinylestradiol and Progynova tablets were given 4 weeks after operation respectively for 12 weeks. All the rats were killed at the end of 90 days respectively. The uteri were isolated and weighed. The endometrium were pathologically analyzed. Results Wet weight and in-dex of uteri were lower in Progynova group than in Ethinylestradiol group(P<0. 05),and the endometrium was thinner in Progynova group, but the hyperplasia of endometrium was not found in the two groups. Conclusions Ethinylestradiol and Progynova use in osteo-porosis rats would not bring about endometrium hyperplasia.
