生物化学是高职院校食品类专业重要的基础课程,为后续课程的学习积累必要的理论知识和实践经验,为更好地适应高职高专人才培养的要求,应当提高生物化学的教学质量。该文以苏州农业职业技术学院食品科学系生物化学教学为研究对象,从课程教学理念、课程标准、课程设计、师资队伍建设、教学方法与手段等方面进行了实践和探索。

Biochemistry is an important basic course of biological,food specialty in higher vocational colleges.It can accumulate the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical experience for learning follow-up courses.To better adapt to the requirement of fostering the talents in higher vocational education,improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry,taking biochemistry teaching of Food Science Department in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as a case,practice and research were carried on from the aspects of teaching ideas,curriculum standards,curriculum design,teaching staff construction,teaching method and means.
