针对张家界七星椒产业发展基础和当前存在的主要困难，提出通过4个转变，即由农户分散经营向规模集约经营转变，由靠天吃饭向人定胜天局面转变，由自由生产向标准生产转变，由特色产品向名优特精产品转变，以加快贫困山区农民脱贫致富步伐。

According to the development foundation and existing main difficulties of Qixingjiao industrializatien development in Zhangjiajie City,this paper put forward four changes to increase peasants poverty alleviation in poverty mountain area,which including the farmers spread to scale intensive management,the weather to man could conquer nature situation,the free shift production to the standard production,the unique fine products to the special products,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Zhangjiajie Qixingjiao industry.
