为研究插盘式脚手架的固有特性,运用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,有效模拟了节点连接处的半刚性特性。通过改变节点连接处刚度系数,分析不同连接刚度对脚手架自振周期的影响规律。结果表明,节点连接处刚度变化对脚手架的低阶周期影响较大,对高阶自振周期的影响并不显著;并在此基础上拟合出低阶周期随刚度系数变化的曲线图。指出对于插盘式脚手架的标准单跨单元,结构的步距和层高都已确定,节点连接处的刚度是影响自振周期的主要因素。

To investigate the inherent characteristics of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold, the finite element model was built by ANSYS. This model effectively simulated the semi-rigid trait of joints. Then, the effects of various stiffness coefficients on natural vibration period of the scaffold were analyzed. The simulation results indicated that different stiffness coefficients had a great influence on the low-order period while the effect on the high-order period was little. On the basis of such analysis, the fitted curves for the basic natural vibration period of the scaffold to the stiffness coefficient were plotted. It is pointed out that for standard single-span unit of disk lock steel tubular scaffold, when the step distance and storey is assured, the connection stiffness is the main influence factor on natural vibration period.
