构件生产工厂化，是工业化住宅的标志之一。采用工厂化生产方式将使住宅的建设过程和住宅产品更加环保，资源利用更加合理。铝合金模板与PC构件各具有独特的优点，都是发展住宅工业化的一部分，介绍了两者一起应用于高层住宅的施工技术。重点介绍了PC构件安装完成后，铝合金模板的安装工艺、操作要点，以及浇筑混凝土后模板的拆除和注意事项。实践结果表明，铝合金模板与PC构件的结合使用是值得推广的。

Component factory production is one form of the industrialized housing. The factory production mode will make the construction process and the residential products more environmentally friendly, more rational use of resources. Both of aluminum alloy formwork and PC component has unique advantages, which is a part of the development of residential industrialization. Authors introduce construction of both used in a tall residential building. The installation process, operating key points of aluminum alloy formwork, and the pouring of concrete, the removal of formwork and attention matters after completion of PC component are introduced in detail. Practice results show that, the use of the aluminum alloy formwork and PC component is worthy of popularization.
