目的：探讨整体护理在老年性痴呆患者中的临床应用。方法：对26例痴呆患者进行心理护理、多方面功能障碍护理、安全护理、基础护理、饮食及药物护理、病情观察等一系列整体护理。结果：根据老年性痴呆患者的临床症状，结合护理要点，实施护理措施，未发生并发症。结论：对老年性痴呆患者提供专业有效的精心护理，取得满意效果，有助于延缓病情发展，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토정체호리재노년성치태환자중적림상응용。방법：대26례치태환자진행심리호리、다방면공능장애호리、안전호리、기출호리、음식급약물호리、병정관찰등일계렬정체호리。결과：근거노년성치태환자적림상증상，결합호리요점，실시호리조시，미발생병발증。결론：대노년성치태환자제공전업유효적정심호리，취득만의효과，유조우연완병정발전，제고생활질량。
Objective:To study clinical application of holistic nursing care in patients with senile dementia. Methods:26 pa-tients with dementia were given psychological nursing, various dysfunction nursing, safety nursing, basic nursing care, diet and drug treatment, illness observation and a series of holistic nursing. Results: According to the clinical symptoms of the patients with senile dementia, combined with the key points of nursing and nursing measures, no complications occurred. Conclusions: The professional and effective meticulous nursing care provided to the senile dementia patients achieves the satisfactory results, helps to slow the pro-gression of the disease and improve the quality of life.
