目的:探讨不同海拔地区居民在低氧适应的生理与生化方面的差异,以及平原移居高原的习服现象。方法:选取高原世居大学生40名(男、女各20名)作为对照组,平原大学生40名(男、女各20名)作为实验组进行参数指标对比,分析两组大学生之间低氧适应的差异性;选取平原大学生移居两年前后对比分析平原移居大学生的习服现象。结果:初入高原的平原大学生的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、血小板(PLT)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)明显低于高原组(P<0.05),心肌肌酸激酶(CK)明显高于高原组(P<0.05);2013年组大学生的 RBC、Hb、Hct 和 SaO2明显高于2011年组(P<0.05);CK 明显低于2011年组(P<0.05)。结论:两年后平原大学生获得了良好的习服。

목적:탐토불동해발지구거민재저양괄응적생리여생화방면적차이,이급평원이거고원적습복현상。방법:선취고원세거대학생40명(남、녀각20명)작위대조조,평원대학생40명(남、녀각20명)작위실험조진행삼수지표대비,분석량조대학생지간저양괄응적차이성;선취평원대학생이거량년전후대비분석평원이거대학생적습복현상。결과:초입고원적평원대학생적홍세포(RBC)、혈홍단백(Hb)、홍세포비용(Hct)、혈소판(PLT)、혈양포화도(SaO2)명현저우고원조(P<0.05),심기기산격매(CK)명현고우고원조(P<0.05);2013년조대학생적 RBC、Hb、Hct 화 SaO2명현고우2011년조(P<0.05);CK 명현저우2011년조(P<0.05)。결론:량년후평원대학생획득료량호적습복。
Objective:To investigate physiological and biochemical differences between residents of different altitudes in adap-tation to hypoxia, and analyze acclimatization phenomenon of plain migrants. Methods:The plateau native college students (n=40, as control group, male 20 and female 20), and plain college students (n=40, as experimental group, male 20 and female 20) were se-lected and analyzed the differences of hypoxia adaptation through some parameter indices. Further, the acclimatization phenomenon of the plain college student two years before and after the migration were analyzed and compared. Results: The red blood cell (RBC), he-moglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), platelet (PLT), oxygen saturation (SaO2 ) of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0. 05), while creatine kinase (CK) was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Two years later, the plain students received a good acclimatization, and the RBC, Hb, Hct and SaO2 of the plain students in 2013 was signifi-cantly higher than those in 2011(P<0. 05), and CK was significantly lower than that in 2011 (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Two years lat-er, the plain students receive a good acclimatization.
