The article reviewed the wild edible fungi poisoning,pesticide residue present situation,harmful heavy metals enrichment patterns and standard research survey,proposed the related countermeasure of safeguarding the quality and safety,in order to provide reference for comprehensively improving the security of wild edible fungi.
