分析材料的去除原理,探讨离散化切削对齿面质量的影响。传统的加工工艺是铣削、刮削、研磨和磨齿,这些工艺的实质都是接触式的离散切削,而齿面质量的高低(主要是精度和粗糙度)取决于离散化切削程度:当离散程度越高,齿面上的刀痕轨迹分布越明显,齿面质量越低;当离散化切削程度接近连续化时,刀痕的致密度越高,齿面的质量越高。并简要介绍非接触式电化学光整加工和近净成形技术。最后根据以上工艺特点提出展望。

The material removal principle was analyzed.The effect of discrete cutting on the quality of the tooth surface was dis-cussed.The traditional processing technologies included milling,scraping,grinding.The substance of these technologies was discrete cutting contact,and tooth surface quality (main accuracy and roughness)depended on the cutting degree of discretization:when the discrete degree was higher,the tool path distribution on the surface of the tooth was more obvious,the tooth surface quality was lower;when the degree of discretization approached to serialization,the density of the tool path was higher,the tooth surface quality was high-er.Contactless electrochemical finishing machining and near net shape technique were introduced.Finally,according to the above process characteristics,prospect was presented.
