基于尿素 SCR 系统瞬态特性,开发了适合柴油机 SCR 瞬态参数的测试与诊断系统;采用DASYLab 软件,编写了接口、标定与诊断程序,实现了 SCR 系统信号显示、存储与再现等功能;依据遍历跟踪与诊断程序,实现了对柴油机 SCR 系统瞬态特性参数的在线测试与诊断;依据柴油机瞬态测试循环法规,进行了柴油机 SCR 系统的 NO x 转化效率、尿素喷射量和 NH 3泄漏量等测试与诊断试验。结果表明:与标准的 AVL 测试系统(AVL CBE Ⅱ气体排放分析与测试系统)相比,所研发的系统动态最大误差为2.05%,动态平均误差为0.82%,故障诊断精确率达到了98.6%,能满足柴油机 SCR 瞬态测试循环要求。

Based on the transient characteristic of urea-SCR system,it was developed on the test and diagnostic system on transient parameters of SCR system for diesel engine.The programs on the interface,demarcate and diagnosis could be conveniently compiled by DASYLab software,it could be carried out on the measured and diagnostic functions by the tracking and diagnostic procedure,such as,the transient parameters were collected,storaged,diagnosed and displayed at the same time in SCR system.According to the cycle regulations of the diesel engine transient test,these measured and diag-nostic tests were carried out on the NO x conversion efficiency,the amount of the urea dosing and the NH 3 leakage of SCR system.The testing results show that compared with standard AVL testing sys-tem,the dynamic maximal error of the designed system is as 2.05%,the dynamic average error is as 0.82%,and the diagnostic accuracy rate can also reach 98.6%,which can meet the needs of the dy-namic data acquisition and diagnosis of SCR system for diesel engine greatly.
