针对传统注塑机耗能大、效率低等缺点,提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FP-GA)的智能化数字伺服控制系统,采用传统PID与模糊控制相结合的闭环控制策略,实现注塑机绿色节能、高精度、智能化。在MATLAB/Simulink 环境下进行了仿真,并进行现场调试和功能验证。实验结果表明,改装后的智能化数字控制系统的注塑机与改进前的相比,能耗减少了50%,大功率注塑机可达70%,并具有良好的鲁棒性。

Aimed at the weakness of traditional injection molding machine,like large energy consumption and low efficiency and etc.,an intelligent digital servo control system which based on digital signal processor (DSP)and field programmable gate array (FP-GA)was put forward.By using closed-loop control strategy of combining the traditional PID and fuzzy control,the energy-saving,high-precision and intellectualization of injection molding machine were realized.It was simulated in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, and proceeded on-site debug and functional verification.The experimental results show that after having modified the intelligent digital control system,as compared with the machine before modification,the injection molding machine's energy consumption can be reduced by 50%,and which of the large power machine can even reach up to 70%,and the refined machine also has a good robustness.
