The development of TRIZ theory and its basic concepts were introduced.The degree of difficulty of various tools in the process of actual using was analyzed.A new way to easily use TRIZ was proposed for technical personnel of enterprises and new begin-ners.And a problem of the deputy dashboard car production was solved by applying this method.
