数控机床各联动轴实际动态性能不一致,会降低机床轮廓精度。针对空间复杂轮廓,提出一种基于直线插补的多轴联动轮廓误差控制方法。根据实际刀位点和用直线段逼近刀心轨迹指令曲线时的逼近节点,基于矢量法计算轮廓误差;将计算得到的轮廓误差与当前采样周期的跟随误差相叠加以控制伺服电机。在XYZ联动平台上进行了轮廓误差补偿控制实验,结果表明该方法能显著提高轮廓精度。

The actual dynamic performance of each axis in CNC machine tools is not consistent,which will reduce the contour accuracy of machine.The control approach of multi-axis linked contour error based on linear interpolation was proposed by aiming at the space complex profile.The contour error was computed by vector method according to the actual cutter location and approximating nodes when using straight line segment to approximate cutter center track instruction curve.The contour error obtained by computation was added to the following error on current sampling period to control servo motors.The contour error compensation control experiments done in a XYZ linked table show that this approach can effectively improve contour accuracy.
