运用 TRIZ 冲突消解原理、物质-场分析原理以及回收冲突分析原理进行家电产品易拆解可回收设计,提出易拆解可回收设计流程,建立易拆解可回收设计方案与发明原理或标准解法的映射关系,针对易拆解可回收设计物理冲突和技术冲突,查找解决冲突的发明原理或标准解法,或通过关键字查找典型易拆解可回收设计案例,可快速地指导设计人员开发绿色家电产品,最终对所设计的家电产品进行易拆解可回收设计评价。使用VB.NET实现软件的编写,开发出界面友好、使用方便的易拆解可回收设计查询系统,将该系统应用于冰箱和空调等制冷类家电产品设计过程中,为企业进行绿色家电产品开发提供技术支撑。

TRIZ conflict resolution principle,material-field analysis principle and recycling conflict analysis principle were used to carry out easy disassembly and recycling design system for household electrical appliances.Design process was proposed for easy disassembly and recycling.The mapping re-lationships between easy disassembly and recycling design proposal were established.Aiming at the physical conflict and technology conflict of easy disassembly and recycling design,the invention princi-ple or standard solution for this conflict could be searched,or search for the typical easy disassembly and recycling design proposal through keywords would guide the designer to develop green household electrical appliances rapidly.Finally,evaluation of easy disassembly and recycling design was obtained. VB.NET was used to realize software compiling,and friendly interface,user-convenient easy disas-sembly and recycling design software system were developed.The software was used in refrigerator and air conditioning and other refrigeration products design process,which provides technical support for the enterprises to realize the green household electrical appliances product development.
