研究高强度铝合金铣削加工数值模拟的工件材料模型简化、切削热力耦合边界设置等理论基础,建立了大平面铣削加工三维有限元模型,计算模拟了材料铣削过程中切屑的形成、切削力和切削热随时间的变化关系,并进一步分析了产生原因,最后以切削力和切削热为目标进行了切削参数优选。研究结果表明:通过切削加工数值模拟方法可有效预测金属切削过程中切削力和切削热的分布状态,同时该方法可为相关材料的切削加工仿真及优化设计提供参考。

Theoretical foundation about the workpiece material model simplification and cutting coupled thermal boundary settings of milling numerical simulation to high-strength aluminum alloy was researched,and a large flat milling 3D finite element model was es-tablished.The computer simulation was carried out about forming the chip during the material milling,the time history of cutting forces and cutting heat.The causes were analyzed further.Finally,cutting force and cutting heat were taking as the target to optimize the cut-ting parameters.The results show that cutting numerical simulation method can be used to effectively predict cutting force and cutting heat distribution in the metal cutting process,while the methods can be used for related materials machining simulation and optimization design.
