以锥面螺旋槽动压气体轴承为研究对象,建立气体轴承润滑分析数学模型,求解轴承的承载力和动特性系数。建立气体轴承的承载力、刚度与稳定性的优化数学模型,采用加权极小极大优化方法对优化数学模型进行求解,得到轴承的优化结构参数。结果表明:采用加权极小极大优化方法求解轴承的结构参数,不仅可以有效地解决各目标函数分量之间相互矛盾的问题,而且使其综合性能进一步提高;权系数的选择影响轴承的综合性能,合理地选择权系数,能够提高轴承的综合性能。
以錐麵螺鏇槽動壓氣體軸承為研究對象,建立氣體軸承潤滑分析數學模型,求解軸承的承載力和動特性繫數。建立氣體軸承的承載力、剛度與穩定性的優化數學模型,採用加權極小極大優化方法對優化數學模型進行求解,得到軸承的優化結構參數。結果錶明:採用加權極小極大優化方法求解軸承的結構參數,不僅可以有效地解決各目標函數分量之間相互矛盾的問題,而且使其綜閤性能進一步提高;權繫數的選擇影響軸承的綜閤性能,閤理地選擇權繫數,能夠提高軸承的綜閤性能。

By taking the research object of the conical spiral groove aerodynamic bearings,the lubrication analysis mathematical model of bearings was established to solve bearing capacity and dynamic characteristic coefficients.The optimized mathematical model was established for the bearings of capacity,rigidity and stability.The optimized structure parameters of the bearing were obtained by solving the optimized mathematical model with using of the weighted minimax method.The results show that the weighted minimax method can be used to optimize the bearing’s structural parameters,not only can effectively solve the contradictory problem of each ob-jective function,but also make the comprehensive performance further improved.The choice of weight coefficients affects the bearing’s comprehensive performance,and a reasonable choice of the weight coefficients can improve the bearing’s comprehensive performance.
