为了实现自动检测和清理大型植物油罐,减轻工人的劳动强度,设计了一种新型的植物油罐机器人。介绍了目前国内外植物油罐的概况,综述了该类机器人国内外的研究进展,分析了该机器人对植物油罐进行维护和清理的实际意义;制定了该机器人设计的技术指标和技术路线,分析和设计了该机器人机械本体和控制等系统。

In order to realize automatic detection and clean of the large plant oil tank,reduce the labor intensity of workers,a new type of robot on the plant oil tank was designed.The present situation of plant oil tank was introduced,this kind of robot of recent advance in study in domestic and abroad was reviewed,and the significance of this robot on the plant oil tank to maintain and clean was analyzed.Finally,the technical index and route for design of the robot are made,and its system of basic machine and control are de-signed and analyzed.
