采用尖端球半径10μm、锥角120°的金刚石压头在硬质合金(YG6)表面制备了划痕宽度为10~50μm 的微织构,并采用球盘式摩擦磨损试验方法进行了微织构化硬质合金的摩擦磨损试验,对摩擦磨损试验过程的摩擦力与摩擦因数进行了在线测量,并用超景深电子显微镜与扫描电镜对微织构形貌与摩擦磨损形貌进行了显微观察。试验结果表明,采用金刚石压头划痕法制备硬质合金微织构是可行的,并且硬质合金微织构有助于降低摩擦因数,当织构方向与摩擦磨损运动方向垂直时,微织构对硬质合金摩擦磨损特性的改善效果最好。
採用尖耑毬半徑10μm、錐角120°的金剛石壓頭在硬質閤金(YG6)錶麵製備瞭劃痕寬度為10~50μm 的微織構,併採用毬盤式摩抆磨損試驗方法進行瞭微織構化硬質閤金的摩抆磨損試驗,對摩抆磨損試驗過程的摩抆力與摩抆因數進行瞭在線測量,併用超景深電子顯微鏡與掃描電鏡對微織構形貌與摩抆磨損形貌進行瞭顯微觀察。試驗結果錶明,採用金剛石壓頭劃痕法製備硬質閤金微織構是可行的,併且硬質閤金微織構有助于降低摩抆因數,噹織構方嚮與摩抆磨損運動方嚮垂直時,微織構對硬質閤金摩抆磨損特性的改善效果最好。

Surface micro-textured cemented carbide’s(YG6 )with scratch width 10~ 50 μm was prepared by using a diamond indenter that had tip radius 10μm and tip angle 120°,and the tribological properties of the textured surface was tested by ball-on disk method,and friction force and coefficient of friction were measured on line.After friction test,the surface morphologies of the samples were ob-served by using ultra-depth field optical microscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results show that diamond scratching method is suitable for fabricating micro-texture on cemented carbide, and surface texturing is helpful for reducing friction coefficient,especially when the mico-texture di-rection is perpendicular to the friction direction.
