This paper states the working principle, system structure and the theory simulation results of the cavity type beta-ray dust measurement technology which has an advantage in on-line continuous monitoring the concentration of dust , studies its possible effects on dust monitoring and puts forward the theoretical scheme of developing the measuring instrument.
