某工程采用内支撑和逆作法结合的支护形式,工程在施工过程中,需要另行布置栈桥作为运输通道和临时加工区使用,目前关于此类工程栈桥设计和施工应用的参考较少。综合考虑成本和支护的特点,将首层内支撑和栈桥板结合,利用逆作一柱一桩传递栈桥施工荷载。栈桥设计阶段按照实际运输强度确定栈桥荷载,并依此对逆作一柱一桩承载力进行复核和加强。使用阶段通过施工监测,表明该栈桥设计和施工应用是成功的。

Inner support and top-down method were applied as support mode for an engineering. During construction, trestles were set for transport corridor and temporary processing district. There is seldom application of trestle design and construction like this one. Considering cost and supporting features, trestle construction load was transferred by top-down built one column with one pile after combination of first floor inner support and trestle board. Trestle load for design was obtained by actual traffic load and the bearing capacity of one column with one pile was checked and reinforced. It is showed that the trestle design and construction is successful after construction monitoring.
