高层大底盘多塔楼结构为使用功能上的需要在高层塔楼及裙楼连接位置设置后浇带，当结构封顶时再将后浇带封闭，待后浇带封闭完成之后停止降水。为实现后浇带早封闭，在筏板基础变刚度调平设计及抗浮设计的基础上，提出了后浇带半封闭改进方案，可以实现超前止水的目标，降低了全封闭情况建筑后续可能沉降带来的不利影响。考虑地基基础及上部结构共同作用影响，应用有限元方法对改进方案进行数值分析，验证了方案的可行性。

The multi-tower high-rise structure with enlarged base requires to be set post-cast strips between the towers and the podiums at the connection part for the requirement of using function,the post-cast strips are closed when the high-rise buildings were finished,then the dewatering work is stopped. in order to close the post-cast strips earlier,based on the raft foundations variable stiffness leveling design and anti-floating design,the half closed post-cast strip project is proposed,which could realize the target of closing the post-cast strips earlier and also avoid the subsequent adverse effects of completely closing project. Considering the combined action effect, the promoted project with FEM was analyzed and the feasibility was verified.
