综合上部结构、桩基础、地基土体3方面对云南某住宅楼的倾斜原因进行分析。根据下部土体及建筑结构形式,对建筑物采用锚杆静压桩止倾加固,采用截桩迫降的处理方法对该建筑物进行纠倾施工。工程实践表明,本工程截桩迫降法纠倾速度快、沉降稳定易控制且能保证整幢房屋均匀地回倾;在截桩结束封桩后,沉降能迅速稳定,工后沉降较小。

This paper analyzes the reasons of a tilted residential building in Yunnan, through the upper structure, pile foundation and soil foundation. According to the lower part of the soil and structural form, anchor piles are used for the end of dumping and reinforced buildings, and the method of cut pile is used for rectification of the buildings. The project shows that the method of cut pile has the characteristics of fast rectification, stable and easy to control settlement and ensures the whole building uniformly dumping back. When the sealing of the cut piles is finished, building settlement can quickly stabilize, with small post-settlement.
