目的：探讨紫外线光疗联合复方甘草酸铵加消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法52例银屑病患者随机分成两组，治疗组34例，对照组18例。治疗组采用紫外线光疗联合复方甘草酸铵加消银颗粒治疗；对照组仅单用紫外线进行治疗，疗程8周。详细记录患者的一般资料、起效时间、疗效，检测患者的肝肾功能。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.11%和61.11%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合用药治疗寻常型银屑病比单用紫外线进行光疗平均起效时间显著缩短，副作用显著减轻，总有效率显著提高。
목적：탐토자외선광료연합복방감초산안가소은과립치료심상형은설병적료효화안전성。방법52례은설병환자수궤분성량조，치료조34례，대조조18례。치료조채용자외선광료연합복방감초산안가소은과립치료；대조조부단용자외선진행치료，료정8주。상세기록환자적일반자료、기효시간、료효，검측환자적간신공능。결과치료조화대조조총유효솔분별위94.11%화61.11%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조적불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론연합용약치료심상형은설병비단용자외선진행광료평균기효시간현저축단，부작용현저감경，총유효솔현저제고。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultraviolet light therapy combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate injection and xiaoyin particles in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(n=34) recevied ultraviolet light therapy combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate injection and xiaoyin particles, and the control group(n=18) was treated only with ultraviolet light. All treatments lasted for 8 weeks. General information of patients, onset time, curative effect, and detection of liver and kidney function were recorded in detail. Results The total effective of the treatment group and the control group were 94.11%and 61.11%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy can improve total effective rate and reduce onset time and adverse reactions, compared with the simple treatment of using ultraviolet light.
