目的：自制可吸收网套在保脾术中的应用。方法40例脾切术数患者分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(15例)，治疗组行自制可吸收网套脾包裹术，对照组行常规脾切除术。术后定期复查血液学，免疫指标及影像情况。结果治疗组保脾成功，复查血液学、免疫学及影像学均无异常。治疗组出现并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制可吸收网套在保脾术中是安全、简便、有效的。

목적：자제가흡수망투재보비술중적응용。방법40례비절술수환자분위치료조(25례)화대조조(15례)，치료조행자제가흡수망투비포과술，대조조행상규비절제술。술후정기복사혈액학，면역지표급영상정황。결과치료조보비성공，복사혈액학、면역학급영상학균무이상。치료조출현병발증저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론자제가흡수망투재보비술중시안전、간편、유효적。
Objective To analyze the application of self-made absorbable mesh in spleen-conserving operation. Methods A total of 40 cases in need of splenectomy were divided into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (15 cases). The treatment group received spleen-wrapping operation with self-made absorbable mesh, and the control group received conventional splenectomy. The situation of hematology, immune factors, and imaging were regularly reexamined after operation. Results The treatment group had successful spleen-conserving, and reexaminations of hematology, immune factors, and imaging were normal. The complications occurred in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made absorbable mesh is a safe, simple, effective way in spleen-conserving operation.
