近年来,我国幼儿教师虐童事件频发,主要原因有幼儿教师生存压力过大、幼儿教师工作压力过重、幼儿教师队伍整体素质偏低、幼儿教师心理健康现状堪忧、“家园”合作管理不完善、法律及相关监管体系不健全等。
