本文主要根据中职刑事诉讼法课程内容的结构特点以及参与刑事诉讼过程关键主体的主要职责不同，按照项目化教学任务的需要，对刑事诉讼课程的教学内容体系作概括性重构，这种重构设计的宗旨就是让中职学生能够更加容易地理解参与刑事诉讼的主体在诉讼中承担的角色以及在各个诉讼阶段需要完成的任务。

In this paper, based on the structural characteristics of the Criminal Procedure Code in vocational courses and the main responsibilities of key actors involved in the criminal proceedings is different, according to the needs of project teaching tasks, the course of criminal proceedings teaching content system for general remodeling, this re structural design purpose is to allow vocational students to more easily understand the subjects involved in criminal proceedings assumed the role in the proceedings at all stages of the proceedings and the need to complete the task.
