有效的教学组织应该聚焦于教学实施的载体--课程的开发与研究,一组好的课程应该是聚集了全体教师的智慧,并对教学的组织和实施提供有力的支撑。课程的设计应依照职业岗位的流程进行整合,教学过程与职业流程应具有较好的相互对应。对课程的教学是教师可以控制、学生可以操作的。好的课程应该使教学组织是流畅的,也是能够得到教师、学生、家长和社会的普遍认同的。

Effective teaching organizations should focus on teaching the implementation of carrier-development and re-search programs, a group of good curriculum should be gathered all the teachers of wisdom, and provide strong support or-ganization and implementation of teaching. Curriculum should be designed in accordance with the integration process of pro-fessional positions, teaching and professional process should have better correspond to each other. Teaching courses for tea-chers can be controlled, the student can operate. Good course should make the teaching organization is smooth, and it is able to get the general recognition of teachers, students, parents and society.
