目的：探讨医患沟通技巧培训对血液内科实习医师的影响。方法：对照组进行传统入科教育及医学技能培训，改革组除进行传统培训外，还进行医患沟通技能培养。结果：接受医患沟通的实习医生较未接受培训的实习医生能更好地与患者建立信任关系（P=0.005），更好地采集信息（P＜0.001），更好地向患者解释疾病（P＜0.001），最终达到提高患者满意度的目的。结论：医患沟通培养在医学生教育中是有必要的。

목적：탐토의환구통기교배훈대혈액내과실습의사적영향。방법：대조조진행전통입과교육급의학기능배훈，개혁조제진행전통배훈외，환진행의환구통기능배양。결과：접수의환구통적실습의생교미접수배훈적실습의생능경호지여환자건립신임관계（P=0.005），경호지채집신식（P＜0.001），경호지향환자해석질병（P＜0.001），최종체도제고환자만의도적목적。결론：의환구통배양재의학생교육중시유필요적。
Objective:To investigate the effects of patient communication skills training for Hematology practice physicians. Methods:The control group of traditional medicine into the division of education and skills training, reform groups in addition to traditional training, but also be patient communication skills training. Results:The patient communication interns accepted than those without trained interns to better establish a trust relationship with patients (P=0.005), and better information collec-tion (P<0.001), and better explain the disease to the patient (P<0.001), and ultimately to improve patient satisfaction pur-poses. Conclusion:The doctor-patient communication training in the education of medical students is necessary.
