中共教育部党组明确规定民办高校党组织在民办高校中起政治核心作用。然而，由于民办高校“董事会-党委-行政”三角关系的存在，使得党组织在实践中权责不清、机制缺失、制度难延。据此，有效发挥民办高校党组织作用需要从教学辅助、参与决策、通过学生活动带动党组织建设三个途径进行，更好地维护民办高校办学的社会主义方向。

The communist party of China education ministry clearly stipulated in the party organization in the non-govern-mental university plays the political core role. However, due to the existence of the triangle relationship, power and respon-sibility of the board of directors, the party committee and the administrative department is not clear in practice, and also lack of working system. Accordingly, we need to improve the political core role of the non-governmental university party organ-ization from three aspects:auxiliary teaching, participation in decision-making, and through student activities promoting par-ty organization construction.
