目的：探讨中草药粉剂外贴治疗颈椎骨质增生的临床效果。方法：选择诊断明确的颈椎骨质增生患者128例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各64例。对照组采用常规的治疗方法，观察组在常规治疗的基础上配合中草药粉剂外贴，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组，而复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中草药粉剂外贴治疗颈椎骨质增生疗效显著，且使用方便、经济实惠。
목적：탐토중초약분제외첩치료경추골질증생적림상효과。방법：선택진단명학적경추골질증생환자128례，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각64례。대조조채용상규적치료방법，관찰조재상규치료적기출상배합중초약분제외첩，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조적치유솔화총유효솔명현고우대조조，이복발솔명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：중초약분제외첩치료경추골질증생료효현저，차사용방편、경제실혜。
Objective:To discussion clinical effect of the herbal powder agent outside posted treating for cervical bone hyperplasia.Method:128 patients who diagnosis clear of cervical bone hyperplasia were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 64 cases. The control group was treated with general treatment,the observation group was treated with herbal powder agent outside posted based on general treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The cure rate and the total effective rate in the observation group significantly higher than the control group,and recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Powder external application of Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of cervical vertebrae bone hyperplasia clinical significant and easy to use,affordable.
