目的：探讨纸尿裤冰枕对高热新生儿的降温效果。方法：选择2010年11月-2012年12月本院新生儿科住院的高热新生儿428例为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组218例和对照组210例。观察组采用纸尿裤冰枕置于高热新生儿头下，对照组采用传统冰袋冰敷，观察两组0.5、1、2、3 h的体温变化情况，并记录体温结果。结果：观察组各个时间段的降温平均度数均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组男女之间各个时间段的降温平均度数比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：纸尿裤冰枕对高热的新生儿降温效果优于传统冰袋冰敷，值得家庭和基层医疗机构推广。
목적：탐토지뇨고빙침대고열신생인적강온효과。방법：선택2010년11월-2012년12월본원신생인과주원적고열신생인428례위연구대상，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조218례화대조조210례。관찰조채용지뇨고빙침치우고열신생인두하，대조조채용전통빙대빙부，관찰량조0.5、1、2、3 h적체온변화정황，병기록체온결과。결과：관찰조각개시간단적강온평균도수균고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。관찰조남녀지간각개시간단적강온평균도수비교차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：지뇨고빙침대고열적신생인강온효과우우전통빙대빙부，치득가정화기층의료궤구추엄。
Objective:To explore the effect of diapers ice pillow for high cooling of the newborn.Method:428 cases of high fever neonatal in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=218)and the control group(n=210). The observation group used the diapers ice pillow under high neonatal head,the control group with traditional ice,and temperature variation at 0.5,1,2,3 h of the two groups were compared,and the temperature results were recorded.Result:The variety of temperature and average degree of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The average temperature every time between men and women of the observation group were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The pillow to heat the newborn diapers ice cooling effect is superior to the traditional ice ice,is worth popularizing family and grassroots medical institutions.
