中医药是我国医学的瑰宝，在疾病的预防、治疗和保健方面发挥了重要作用，加强中医药学科建设人才培养对中医药事业的继承和发展有着重大的意义，如何培养出高、精、尖的中医药学科人才是摆在当前的重要问题。本文结合国内外有关资料，对中医药学科建设人才培养现状进行分析，着重阐述了人才培养目标认识不足、教学模式与方法的不足之处。在此基础上对如何建立中医药学科建设人才培养模式进行探讨，着重阐述了要创新教育教学理念、要创新教学模式与方法、要加强经典课程学习、要加强医学生人文精神培养和加强实践教学培养等。

Chinese medicine is a treasure of Chinese medicine.It plays an important role in the prevention,treatment and care of the disease.Strengthening discipline construction and talent training in Chinese medicine have great significance to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.How to develop high,fine,sharp talent science of traditional Chinese medicine is an important problem in current.In this paper,we combined the relevant information at home and abroad,analyzed the current situation of the talents training subject construction of Chinese medicine,focusing on the training objective understanding insufficiency,and deficiency of teaching mode and method.On the basis of those above,we discussed how to establish the Chinese medicine pharmacy department construction personnel training mode,focusing on the teaching idea,innovation education mode and methods,and innovation of teaching to strengthen the classical course of study,to strengthen the training and strengthening practice teaching to cultivate humanistic spirit of medical students.
