目的:评估周口市食品中铅污染情况。方法:对周口市11类食品中的铅含量进行测定,并对结果进行分析,评价其污染程度。结果:所检测的431个样品全部安全,没有受到铅污染。结论:周口市食品中铅含量都没有超过国家规定卫生标准,污染指数均<0.7,没有受到污染,品质安全。

Objective:To understand the food lead pollution condition in Zhoukou City.Methods:The lead pollution conditions of 11 kinds of food in Zhoukou City were surveyed according to the food safety risk monitoring plan.The pollution degree was evaluated.Results:431 samples detected all safety.They were not contaminated with lead.Conclusion:The food lead contents in Zhoukou City don't exceed national health standards.The pollution index are all less than 0.7.There is no pollution,and their quality is safety.
