目的：对大姚县三岔河镇中心完小所暴发的流行性腮腺炎病进行分析，探讨流行性疾病防控工作的要点。方法：2013年10月-2014年1月收集流行性腮腺炎患者61例，作为研究对象进行回归性分析，并结合学校的实际情况分析流行性疾病的发生原因，在此基础上探析相关流行性疾病防控工作的要点。结果：本次流行性腮腺炎的患者均为当地学生，所有病例均为双侧或单侧腮腺非化脓性肿胀，没有出现其他唾液腺非化脓性肿胀的病例。结论：对疾病预防知识的缺乏和忽视以及应急措施是否及时与恰当是防止疫情发生和蔓延的关键因素，要想迅速并且有效处理好暴发性流行病，最重要的一点就是隔离传染源，避免疾病继续传染的同时对已感染人群进行治疗。

Objective:To analyze the outbreak of epidemic parotitis in the centre Wanxiaosuo of Sanchahe Town,Dayao County, and to explore the key point of epidemic disease prevention and control work.Methods:61 cases with epidemic parotitis were selected from October 2013 to January 2014.They were as the research objects for regression analysis.The occurrence reasons of epidemic diseases were analyzed by combining with the actual situation of the school.The key point of epidemic disease prevention and control work was explored on this basis.Results:The patients with epidemic parotitis were local students.All cases were bilateral or unilateral parotid non purulent swelling.There was no other salivary gland non purulent swelling cases. Conclusion:The lack and neglect of disease prevention knowledge and whether emergency measures timely and properly are the key factors to prevent the outbreak and spread of the epidemic situation.In order to quickly and effectively deal with explosive epidemics,the most important point is the isolation of infection source.Avoiding disease continues to spread at the same time treatment of infected people.
