目的：探讨舒适护理干预对宫颈环切患者的影响。方法：2012-2014年收治行宫颈环切术患者90例，按照随机、对照、双盲原则将患者分为观察组及对照组，各45例，观察组进行围手术期舒适护理，对照组进行常规护理，比较两组护理满意度。结果：观察组护理满意度高93.3%，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对宫颈环切患者进行舒适护理干预，能缓解患者不良心理状态，提高护理满意度，值得在临床推广。
목적：탐토서괄호리간예대궁경배절환자적영향。방법：2012-2014년수치행궁경배절술환자90례，안조수궤、대조、쌍맹원칙장환자분위관찰조급대조조，각45례，관찰조진행위수술기서괄호리，대조조진행상규호리，비교량조호리만의도。결과：관찰조호리만의도고93.3%，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대궁경배절환자진행서괄호리간예，능완해환자불양심리상태，제고호리만의도，치득재림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with leep.Methods:90 cases with loop electrosurgical operation were selected from 2012 to 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each according to the randomized,controlled,double-blind principle.The observation group were treated with peri operation period comfortable nursing,and the control group were given the routine care.We compared patients' satisfaction of two groups.Results:The patients’ nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing intervention for the loop electrosurgical patient can relieve patients’ adverse mental state,and improve the nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical.
